Replacement of silver fillings is only the (very important) first step. The mercury remains in the body forever unless you chelate it out. I suggest frequent-dose chelation with DMSA, ALA or something similar. The Cutler Protocol is good for people who are starting out.

The fact that you had silver fillings before suggests that there's a pretty good likelihood that mercury is the root of your trouble. I highly recommend you find out more.
