If it were me, I would try to work up to the maximum therapeutic dose of perhaps 8-10 capsules daily.  If my digestive system could not handle it (some can't), then I would go with a combo of the capsules (as many as tolerated) and the liquid oleander based extract SOPC from sutherlandiaopc.com.

I also would be sure to take RM!0-Ultra Mushroom defense and blackseed oil (Nigella sativa) as well as try to do as much of the suggested anti-cancer protocol as possible.  And N-Acetyl Cysteine is highly recommended as an accompaniment to oleander.
