Dunno why ur asking this here, but if u want my advice:

- post at trappers and/or VWS support about advice for ur sleep problems. I think i can remember u saying u were getting roughly 3 hrs a night, which is basically a sleep deprivation experiment. And these are not very conducive w/productvity and personal success. I know because i'm in one too.
-search for "newport lyme testing" to see what his thoughts are on it, and if it's even nessascary.
-save up for a f165 and maybe bean. that way, u are investing in something thats going to completely change and optimize your life, rather then just symptomatically treating ceartin infections w/a semi-quack.
-order opti and/or lignsul msm online. they are a staple of gut healing in np's protocals
-put trappers forum on the backburner as best u can - i know it's hard:) - and start reading up heavily on the rest of NP's findings.
