I moved from underground-filtered-spring-fed well water to the city back in the late 90's and took a big turn downward.

I almost died in 1997.

For the next ten years I spent a LOT of money on doctors and supplements.

Then, I was divinely Led to iodine, in 2007, after much prayer.

I still live with fluoridated showers, but drink reverse-osmosis water. Distilled is better and you can buy that at ANY walmart or grocery store.

Just don't get the water that says fluoride is added to it. Watch labels - you'll see.

That's why Trap says QUICK cool/cold showering - (I don't always succeed with that one, but Iodine has still made a huge difference for the better with my life.

No more heart issues, breast lumps, need of inhalers.

Even people who just can't seem to improve their diet are MUCH better off getting in t heir iodine.

Give yourself time. And keep reading

I know very well what it's like to sink into a sea of Depression - I still have my days with it.

But, overall, I am SO glad that someone answered my prayers about what to do next. The answer was iodine/iodide.
