Most of the advanced Adapts have taught that thoughts/emotions are like waves that come and go. They are karmic energies that are impermanent in nature. As the bible says: "Be still and know that I am God." (Psalm 46:10) Hence, the deep, still ocean is what we should seek - beyond a dualistic framework.

Somehow thoughts, emotions, or elements can move either as a particle or wave depending on the observer. From a relative point of view, Einstein taught they move in waves but from a Quantum physics point of view, they can move in particles and hence able to move faster-than-light.

Whatever the case may be, when the energy is NOT moving freely in our body or mind then we experience discomfort, depression, anger, hatred etc. Therefore, we need to find an antidote or a suitable method to restore harmony in our body, mind, and cellular level. To do so would be beneficial for our health and well-being.

If you are interested in a method that is non-denominational in nature check out the Reiki Tummo website. They offer an attunement that gives you the ability to achieve a loving state of mind. The natural wave-flow in your system is safe, balanced and grounded. Click here to read more:

However, if you are ready for a deeper commitment, then the Tibetan Tummo practice is available. This yoga, being more advanced, would have FOREVER life-changing results. So click here:

Since we are in such a degenerate time, it would be ideal to accomplish both to "burn the candle at both ends" as the case may be. Either one would be similar to the Christian concept of Baptism by Fire.

Good luck!
