Yeah I hear you it has taken me months to mentally work into to not eating certain foods. I haven't given up fruit yet. I wonder how it would impact me? I still long for kefir as it really helps my bowel movements. On that one I wonder if I can get away with just washing off the grains and eating those. I might try that in a couple of weeks.
