Ok, sorry; very long time since this. Much experience gained the last 3 years. Only Lugols since this; I tried to do a "all natural" for a while.

There are two types like SSKI / or Lugols with vit C, then I2 which is the oxidizing type; best for FBD etc. Done this via painting.

quit the kombu at it seemed to give no relief, only detox symptoms like pain in my throat; dont know if it was due to pollution in it or not.

Anyway; yes both odine and iodide.
