Well I never do professional high enemas, I just do my regular coffe enema at home and I don't think it's a high one?

I bet there are more on my guts, I don't check my stools all the time so.. and I feel exhausted and dizzy still, not that all my symptoms are down to them though.

I believe there is an emotional component to all this and that's why they come back when we havent fixed the root cause which is not physical to me.
