i don't know about enemas but seems there's like a fanatism about that....

what do you think about enemas in general?
are really necessary?
is not better to eat good sources of fiber?

I actually addressed these in my second post on the subject discussing Larry Wilson's claims about coffee enemas.  Towards the bottom though I discuss enemas possibly causing electrolyte imbalances and just consuming more fiber and water.
