Take it easy.
It is matter of time where rushing do almost nothing.
Yes, I follow the diet but I am a lot better than before. I have reached 9 months taking ALA. I only take ALA according to Cutler's program. I also believe mercury is behind my stubborn case.
I have been able to eliminate more fungus at this point than ever. I will continue chelation for year and a half or more.
