Funny, i had the urge to take ascorbic acid once i felt like vomiting, should have followed through with it.

Just took about 15 grams of it. Early morning, must have not been thinking too clearly and confused a few threads i read last night. Hope i didnt oxidize too much inside myself. I had a ton of energy on my bike ride this morning, few breakouts on the scalp, other than that nothing negative to report. Ill follow up with some white salt, might have a bit of bromine left.
