I swallowed a dropperful of Lugols 5 % once; it burned for an hour and I had a slight nausea, thats all.
I have never taken that amount; most in one day is around 300 mg, with vit C.
I can only recommend to reduce amount, take it in divided dosages. No need to take it all in one go.
