Google the Marshall Protocol. The more I look into it and understand it, the more I am convinced that the best form of Vitamin D comes from lying in the sun, and the Vitamin D supplements are likely to be doing more harm than good in the long run. Routine maintenance with Goldenseal or other anti-biotic herbs, or Colloidal Silver , to diminish the L-form bacteria seems to be the real ticket to genuine health and longevity. Vitamin D is the only thing on your list that I am a little suspicious of.
