I am not doing NB but a copper and overall detox. I have seen lots of improvement too but the detox makes me crash. I have been eliminating histamine foods but they only seem to impact me on inflammation more than histamines in my system. I know both can effect your adrenaline and rob you of energy.

I am starting to think just the process of the body using energy to detox more out robs the adrenaline too. I get the brain fog when I crash during the detox. I started using an adrenal cortex supplement and it solved my brain fog issues.
