Hi tussockgal,

I have a question for you and glaxony, since I am trying to plan the length of a water fast. I need to read/study on a daily basis for at least 6 to 10 hrs a day. Knowing that you are into the process right now, how does it feel, do you think it is possible, if physical rest is provided and I can nap many times a day, would it be possible, generally speaking, to dedicate 6 to 10 hrs a day for productive reading on a water fast?
I will be aiming for 14 to 21 days, possibly more. Right now I am doing "supplemented" raw diet in order to build some mineral/ nutrient reserves. I interrupted my last Water Fast due to extreme weakness and identified certain mineral deficiencies.
