Seattle- When was the last time you did a retest? A retest would answer all of these questions and you would not have to guess at what you should be doing.

food allergies will also cause the fatigue. I have many and have noticed a big improvement after eliminating the high histamine foods. The diet can get very narrow but I think essential for deep healing. I am basically down to the meat, veggies and eggs(just the yolks).

What type of digestive support are you taking? I had to double the GB3 with each meal. As I get deeper into the release of metals my bowels have become sluggish.

It is nice to hear of your other improvements.
