Are you on GB3 ?

Have you taken notice it happens after your morning dose of supplements that they have you on. I get the tired feeling(need nap) in the am after my morning dose of supplement. I was informed by my practitioner that they have me in a state of rest for my adrenals to heal(slow down the body, mind). I have been slacking a little with that dose in the am...but tomorrow I am starting back on the am dose, it has gotten me this far I need to be patient with it.
