Thank you for the guidelines in breaking the fast. More liberal than I expected. And it makes me feel better about how I broke my juice fasts/feasts in the past.

This mornings numbers (Day 13):

BP 101/64 Pulse 87

Further report; a mixed bag:

I feel less weak this morning. Mentally also feeling stronger. Bumps and lesions in mouth starting to diminish. The associated pain in ear, sinuses, lymph node under the ear and throat started to dimish 36 hours ago, since drinking less water.

Pain in my arms have returned after having been gone for about 4/5 days. Had a small return of leg cramps yesterday.
Obviously still detoxing nicely. Still obviously toxic!

Weight loss: From a starting weight of 81.6 kgs I weighed in at 72.6 kgs this morning - a round 9 kgs loss and about 1/3 of what I would like to shake off. Probably not going to happen in this first fast.

Food combining: For many years I managed my symptoms my food combining. Then, through dramatic changes in our lives, it went by the wayside. I shall go back to that after this fast.
