When one is on the 3d stage of AF, his body is quite exhausted so that Dr. Lam is trying to "repair" it with a bunch of vitamins. At that stage, all kind of stressed should be avoided: cleansing, detoxing, filling replacement, etc.

Lam's bunch of vitamins/minerals worked well for me.
