i was planning to end it with Watermelon and green juice
i have done 3 enemas and my bowels are as empty as I can get them

the calculator said my body fat is 21%
I have a pretty big fat pad on my tummy
it has been shrinking significantly for the past few days
since i have been fasting on apple and green juice
especially since i switched to green

I weigh 106, minus 21 would be 85
I would look like a skeleton at 85 pounds
but definitely want to fast long enough for my body to heal itself

seems like i read it eats up the fat first and then the diseased tissues
but a lot of the disease is in fatty tissue
it is confusing

or maybe my brains isn't functioning
as i am already feeling the effects of fasting
i am trembling mildly already

had only half a pint of green juice yesterday and that is all
