thanks guys!! i actually ended my fast on day 3 because i was working while fasting and i woke up with the shakes and felt my knees trembling. however i have noticed since that fast i have much more energy. i would like to start another fast, maybe this time for a week or longer (i guess it depends on how im feeling).

one of my friends told me fasting is dangerous because of the build up of acid in the stomach. is that true?
