Since I finished menopause, I have suffered from vaginal atrophy. Intercourse is very painful and sometimes I bleed. I do not want to use gels or estrogen. Most women do not get this after menopause. What is the cure? I don't just want to treat the symptoms. I want my vaginal health back.
