The powers that be are going to do what they want despite what we say. Stressing oneself over things one cannot control is only going to hurt YOU.

I suggest

1) do NOT stress over it
2) but DO read here, learn from here, and know that there ARE things you can take into your body to help your body to eliminate the bad and keep the good

Iodine supplementation, including the companion nutrients you will read about, is ESSENTIAL.
