Outbreaks such as this are indicative of the expulsion of toxins and the body dealing with viral/harmful bacterial/parasitical infections.

I would recommend continuing with the fast and drinking pure water (distilled preferably) according to genuine thirst only, (usually very little water) until the symptoms subside, which they will in due course.
Vital that you rest as much as possible to channel all of your bodily energies into detox/healing.
