Hmmm, interesting about the sutherland quote. I had the hardest time falling asleep last night, stayed up till 530. Saw a post about newport mentioning arginine and ornithine for ammonia. Looked them up and found ammonia in the brain stops a person from sleeping, bingo. Its a super full moon tonight too. Also morning wood has been non existent for a few weeks, which arginine could possibly help with. H.pylori ties in to arginine some how too, looking in to it now.
