Sounds like you two need to sit down and talk. It could be monotony that could be issue here and you might need to change something up regarding to sex. Also it can be due to physical attraction between you and him. Regardless of what it is DO NOT blame yourself for anything. This is not your fault in anyway. As a woman you have needs and from what you have described he is not meeting them so let him know that.
