The drugs you've been taking like nystatin have compromised your liver and you should liver flush.

L-glutamine is what weight lifters take to assist in replenishing energy. Many like myself have taken 15-20 grams a day with no side effects either way. Your symptoms are most likely a compromised liver with biliary obstruction causing your diarrhea.

-Flush, flush, flush the liver
-get off the drugs
