Die-off will definitely make you question whether you're getting better or worse. been there!

Hang on for a few weeks..ease off the dose. I've been having on and off symptoms of die-off for nearly a month and I told ya I'm only doing 500mg of l-glutamine every few days. I can't imagine what you're going through with those high doses.
