So you think all this pain i am having is Die off ? I have had alot of it for a few years, but now it is way more intense. So you think i have been having slight die off for years, and now the L-glutamine is creeating alot more. How exactly does L-glutamine casue die off if it is not an antifungal. So you think the little fur on my stool is acually dead yeast ? Basically my stools are formed, but when i flush, and the water hits it, it explodes. Sorry ot be graphic.

Sorry, im just confused and scared right now.
