So the bugs can come out of hiding? Lol. I'm sorry that just sounds bizarre. If you use the right products there isn't any hiding, there's just death & destruction!

In those links I describe somewhere how I do ongoing maintenance. I also mention that you should not try, ordinarily, to do Liver Flushes until you have killed bugs solidly for at least a month & they are mostly all gone. Otherwise, as happened to me & others, you can feel pretty sick from the flushes. Once the bugs are close to gone they don't bother you.

I don't do Liver Flushes except maybe once every 6 months just to be on the safe side that no more are building up. They haven't been. I got over 2000 of them out after biweekly flushes for quite some months. I have to say though that killing bugs & getting rid of the stones didn't make me feel that much better. What turned things around was when I realized I had candida & started killing it. Info on that too in the links.
