jezum i want to party w/you! Have u tried NP's miracle adrenal mix. When my adrenals are screwed...i generally seem to pee MORE...probably due the body not holding onto elecrtolytes...therefore u can still be dehydrated while still chuggin down the h20 and sea salt IME.
