Do not MATTER !!

I decrease my candida on higher carb diet , because was FOLIC ACID deficiency !!! - was 30g carb/day now am on 60-70g(Pantotntic acid, folic acid are ok now - V important)

When i take too much b-complex my candida grow ....

It's v. hard man.
