are you getting any burning with urination?

I have a theory you might consider:

since boron will help magnesium absorption and the magnesium helps regulate calcium levels in the body. The boron could be helping your organs to decalcify. And if your kidneys are dumping calcifications into your ureters sometimes the size is a bit tight in ureters (there are 3 areas in the ureters where there is a slight narrowing and a potential for stones to get stuck). For some of us guys that entrapment in the ureter can create a referral pain in the testicle.

I have had this symptomology myself. I can't be sure on the mechanism here, I am no expert.

you might try taking some phosphoric acid

standard process has there own version which I can't remember the name of at the moment
but if you take a dropperful every 15minutes in a glass of water you might find a shift
the first time it happened to me, an ND gave me the standard process protocol which involves some other supplements and the phosphoric acid on the 15minutes schdedule......after 3-4 doses the pain was gone
my testes hurt so much I had to be very careful when I sat down

I continue to get white spots in my underwear at times with urine leakage. something white and powdery when dry.
I have also coated my night time pee jar with white powdery stuff.

Pulverex is a product made from 3 amazon herbs: chanca piedra, boldo and ......i forget the third. These white spots in the shorts started then. that stuff is way overpriced so I bought those herbs in bulk. It is marketted for Gallstones but obviously it helps the kidneys out too.
