im not taking any supplements. i stopped bothering with them since they dont work.

my diet:

broccoli, asparagus, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, fresh green beans, spinach, carrots, kale, romaine, green leaf lettuce, cabbage, cilantro, garlic, onions, mustard greens, bok choy

wild caught fish, shrimp, chicken

small amount of fruit....pears, mango, berries

brown rice, oats, amaranth, quinoa

chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut oil

sweet potatoes


i drink lots of water but have no choice but to drink fluoridated water since our drinking water is fluoridated like most of the u.s.

symptoms:

eczema/psoriasis/acne
hair loss
distended stomach (im skinny)
extreme brain fog
feel extremely cold all the time (used to not feel the cold at all)
drooling in my sleep
constipation
weight loss/cant gain weight
heart palpitations
waking up all the time
