Hi,

I have struggled with chronic health issues for 15 years now. I have spent hours on curezone during those years. I have five kids, homeschool and basically my health is doing really well now. I have gone from almost bedridden to living life again and I am so thankful!

If I could tell you one simple cure I would...The best advice I can give you is to never give up. I have done dozens of cleanses, strict diets, gallons of supplements.....very gradually my body cleansed, healed and regained strength. I like to come back here once in a while to share anything new that is helping me.

Right now I am drinking Amasai from Beyond Organic. It is really an amazing kefir like drink that I hope to keep taking forever.
