You have an over active sympathetic nervous system! You should talk to your doctor about clonodine or a beta blocker. It's like klonopin but will take away the physical symptoms only. If you can manage the anxiety it can help you sleep and will basically shut off stress in your body. I'm going to ask my doctor to add clonodine to remeron and taper off klonopin. Other then that the klonopin will help you a lot. If you need it don't hesitate to take it. I was super anti medication but until you are well it may be an option to calm you down. Klonopin will calm you down big time. What about other antibdepressants?
