I believe just getting my Iron levels up over time would balance the inflammation out. He said it can take up to 2 years with Iron levels as low as mine. Also vitamin D, A. I have low thyroid and adrenals. He has given me natural thyroid, t4 I believe and HC. but I am terribly afraid to take either one. I just feel like I react so sensitively to everything that I don't even know if it is worth the reaction. Is Remeron suppose to help with Depression or just helps by giving you restful sleep that helps with depression?
