If right now you only have access to foods, then try eating a ton of fresh pinnapple along with the pumpkin seeds. It is supposed to help with tapeworms. I think it helped me some with roundworms, but I have never seen evidence of tapeworms, and I have taken a ton of cayenne, pinnapple, and pumpkin seeds.

Like I said, foods won't cure you, but they can help.
