Hi Carojilie,

I would just throw down a glassful every morning and see what happens. Fresh is best, drink immediately.

I believe it is very safe and my bowels always work fine, but not so if I do not drink for a week when on holidays.

I think it is the greatest regulator of bodily systems that exists and I do not believe that urine could cause fungus in the intestines, but I am no doctor.
