Wow! that is good. keep it up. Keep in mind some of the weight loss can be water weight and as soon as you eat again some of it will come right back.
Are you doing any enemas to get your bowels moving? It helps. Or you can drink herbal detox/cleansing tea. You can find it in wall mart. YOu can drink it 3x a week.

8 lbs is pretty good, keep it up. I guess weight loss slows down after the first week..so they say.
