Yea I am gonna watch oxilates and replace the kale drink with cilantro. That's a chelator for metals from what I read...this is just what I am doing. I am going to make it clear that I am not calling it the only way or something that everyone has to do. I am just combining my focus on alkalyzing with oxalate elimination and taking the suggestions on metals.
