MH, has stated repeatedly on these pages that LBB should not be taken as a powder, you don't want it working on the upper GI tract muscles and that the family has altered Christopher's formula to a weakness of ridiculousness, by taking out certain beneficial herbs.

FenLB is cheap, did ya wonder WHY?
