Hello. It depends on what kinda BO you have. I have the kind that's not really affected by what I eat. If you notice certain foods make you smell worse than you need to look at diet changes. If however you have general BO the things that have helped me are chlorophyll pills, zinc, parsely and chlorella. All taken in pill form for me. This is what is keeping my BO under control.
