Hello, in regards to your oil pulling, I have found that sunflower oil works best, as it is the most tasteless oil I've found for this method. Castor oil tends to be an oil that may cause more of the gagging effect. If swallowed, it may just help your system as a cleanse, as it will just go through the body. Good luck to you!!
