Yes, I know most of us are learning but there are the ones who call them doctors or what have you. I'm not trying to be bitchy, I was just venting that only one person out of all the people who know more than us did not respond.

On another note, I went ahead and took just about a quarter of the 500mg. capsule and I went ahead and ate something before hand. I did not have a flush. I was very disappointed. I will go look for a 100mg. capsule and try taking it on a empty stomach again. I will do some research on the internet and see what's up. Good luck to you and I really do appreciate your response.
