Hi HM,

For the fast you say among other things:

“TAKE 1 TABLESPOON OF THE PLANT FATS 4 LIFE AT BEDTIME, (CAN BE TAKEN UP TO 3 TABLESPOONS IN A DAY AS AN AID TO CURB APPETITE DURING A 'FAST').”

But I read that the digestion of fat can “inhibit the cleansing response in the body for 5-8 hours” and so SLOWING DOWN much the action of the fast?
