I've hit on a cure I'd like to call "The Landers Cure."

First thing reduce the work your bladder does to almost nil -- eliminate all liquid refreshments except water.

No coffee, soda, juice, etc.

Allow yourself one cup of organic green tea each morning, that's it.

You' ll see immediate results.
