Thanks for responding. I forgot (until now) that the puking had subsided (the day before breaking the fast) and I had started to have all this mucous and thick saliva to where I was spitting a lot and a little puke from all the spitting/coughing, so that was part of why I thought it was okay to break it. Also, I was very thirsty and had a hard time drinking water. Not to say it was right, but I am experiencing that now which made me remember.
