I have no mercury in my mouth but I have a nickel-based bridge which I'm going to have it replaced with In-Ceram Zarconia but it has alumium.
I can't afford the hair test, it's VERY expensive in Egypt.
What is a urine challedge test???

I'm chelating Mercury and other heavy metals with a product from enzymatic therapy, called complete metal cleanse.
Indeed, it's very difficult to figure it out especially that we haven't studied medicine. I left everything to focus on my ruined health :(

I have to say that the symptoms are there years before the bridge, I just had it placed few months ago.
