I'm sorry that you're going through this. I'm going through something similiar myself, so I know how mortifying this is as a woman. I wish I could offer you some tips, but I haven't figured out how to control it myself. Makes me wonder what we did to have this brought on us? In any case, I hope tomorrow will be a better day for you.
